(More customer reviews)i ordered a pink 1/2 violin - i got an orange one - well i finaly got a RMA# & label to ship it back as per Austin Bazaar's retunr policy upon reciept of return a refund will be issued, they got it on 12/5 i have emailed the customer service address several times since then to try to see when i would get my refund - no reply
